ONE PAN LEMON CHICKEN for when you are EXHAUSTED

In 30 minutes you can have a delicious, nourishing, and balanced meal that includes some of the most important nutrients needed for energy.
This is a recipe I have recently added to my Real Food Reset program. (A 6-week online program that shows you exactly how to make whole food nutrition SIMPLE + DOABLE).
7 Simple Ingredients:
✔️1 lb chicken breasts
✔️ 4 Cups diced potatoes (or sweet potatoes)
✔️ 4 cups brussel sprouts (halved)
✔️3 TBSP avocado oil
✔️Juice from 1 large lemon (or two)
✔️1 drop doTERRA Rosemary (or 3 TBSP freshly chopped)
✔️sea salt + pepper
3 Simple Steps:
✔️Preheat the oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the chicken breast, potatoes and brussels sprouts on the pan.
✔️Mix together the avocado oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper. Drizzle over top the chicken, potatoes and brussels sprouts.
✔️Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
This recipe serves 4!
