NO- in fact food stress, food fear, and disordered patterns around food can contribute to imbalances in hormones , gut health, and increase stress levels.
There will be NO calorie counting or weighing food. There WILL be intentional food recommendations - including nutrient focuses, whole foods to ADD, meal timing suggestions, and inflammatory foods to remove.
This program is designed to allow YOU to choose your level of commitment. If it feels difficult and restrictive to avoid suggested inflammatory foods, you instead will focus on ADDING in the intentional nutrients.
There are *optional meal plans provided to support you if needed. I also provide optional recipe bundles, intentional foods lists, and a variety of other nutritional resources so you can choose what suits YOU best.
During group coaching sessions and 1:1 appointments I can provide you with further support in how to tweak/ add nutrients to your favorite meals without restriction.

The level of commitment is up to YOU- this is always YOUR journey first. The program is recently re-structured to meet the needs of busy, high-achieving women.
Each protocol requires you to take 20-25 minutes to obtain new information / recommendations. You can do this by choosing the method that suits YOU best - provided to you will be a short video (20ish mins) which you can watch and/ or listen to as well as a guidebook (if you prefer to read).
There will be a 60 minute group coaching sessions weekly to support you. This is optional to attend but recommended for best program success.
The rest of the time is for you to implement the recommendations at the capacity YOU are able. Recommendations are brief but intentional and should NOT consume your time / energy but rather RESTORE it.

Because of the way breastfeeding and post partum transitions impact hormone and adrenal levels, I do recommend joining at the VIP level.
