Hormone Loving, Hidden Veggie PASTA SAUCE

Have you been finding it difficult to get in those veggies for yourself, your hormones, and your family?.. I got you!

This Roasted Veggie Pasta Sauce is an all time fav. (It pairs well with my Roasted Veggie Protein Pasta Recipe)


What you need:

  • 2 tbsps Avocado Oil

  • 1 clove Garlic

  • 6 Carrots - chopped

  • 1 Zucchini- chopped

  • 2 1/2 cups Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt & Black Pepper

  • 1/2 cup Bone Broth

  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (optional)

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach (optional )

What you do:

  1. Chop up all veggies (except spinach). Toss in oil.

  2. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast in oven at 400 for 20-25 min

  3. Once soft- move to a blender or processor, add the spinach, bone broth, and seasonings. Blend to your desired consistency. You may need to add more bone broth to reach your consistency.

  4. Enjoy over your favorite protein pasta recipe!

  5. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks in the fridge or up to 6 months in freezer

OPTIONAL (but recommended)

  • Add any additional veggies of choice!
