  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • ½ Beet (steamed)

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach

  • 1/2Lemon

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (1 serving )

  • 2 tbsps Flax seeds

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
