Here’s why I love it so much:

  • Spinach and parsley= leafy greens to support not only digestion but also liver health + hormonal detox

  • Zucchini = extra fiber - (& its AMAZING in smoothies )

  • Banana = prebiotic support

  • Flaxseed = supports healthy estrogen levels AND healthy detox function

  • Chia seeds = healthy fats that support hormone production and regular bowel movements

  • ginger = anti-inflammatory digestive support

  • raw honey = extra taste and prebiotic support

  • coconut water = mineral and electrolytes to support hydration and electrolyte balance

  • plant based protein powder = because protein is essential at ALL meals for gut, hormone, and even brain health!

Gut + Hormone Healing Green Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 cups greens of choice (I like a mix of parsley + spinach!)

  • 1 cup zucchini- cubed / frozen

  • 1/2 banana - frozen if desired

  • 1 tbsps chia seeds

  • 1 tbsps flax seeds - ground

  • 1/4 inch chunk fresh ginger (OR 1 drop doTERRA ginger)

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 1.5 cups coconut water

  • 1 serving protein powder of choice ( I use plant based vanilla protein)

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy!
