Mineral Mocktail for STRESSED OUT HORMONES

Did you know when you are under stress, your body uses MORE minerals and actually pulls minerals from it’s own stores- leaving you deficient and depleted? 

Stress (internal and external) SEVERELY depletes minerals.

Your hormones NEED adequate amounts of minerals to function properly. So.. depleted minerals =more hormonal chaos! 

If you are chronically stressed, experiencing hormonal concerns, or struggling with proper sleep, it’s important to make sure you are focusing on replenishing essential minerals daily.  

The most important minerals to focus on for stress + hormone health include magnesium, potassium, sodium, and vitamin C. 


Try this quick and delicious “mocktail” to replenish minerals, support your hormones, AND stay hydrated (especially through these hot summer days)

(Since alcohol has many negative impacts on your hormone health, this can also be a great alternative to replace some of those classic summertime cocktails! ) 

You will need: 

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • ¼- 1/2 cup sparkling water 

  • 1 scoop magnesium powder (optional) 

  • Pinch of sea salt

What you do: 

  • Mix coconut water, pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, and sparkling water together in a tall cocktail glass

  • Stir in sea salt and magnesium (if using)

  • Pour over ice
