Hormone-Loving BREAKFAST COOKIES

Cookies for breakfast that will support HORMONES?! ..

Cookies for breakfast that will support hormones AND loved by the WHOLE FAMILY?!..

Here’s the deets:

What you need:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 small zucchini - shredded with excess liquid squeezed out

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsps hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

What you do:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mash the banana using the back of a fork. Then whisk in the egg, coconut oil, honey, and zucchini.

  • In a separate bowl, mix together the oat flour, oats, baking powder, hemp seeds and flax. Add to the wet mixture until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

  • Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes

How to eat these breakfast cookies?

  • Alongside a high protein smoothie

  • Next to scrambled eggs for a delicious breakfast combo

  • Crumbled onto your favorite yogurt bowl

  • Dipped in high protein chia pudding

  • AS IS - smeared with a heaping spoonful of your favorite nut butter for extra protein!
