These protein-packed waffles are not only a quick and easy option, but they’re also nourishing and can be prepped ahead of time to keep your mornings stress-free. Let’s get into the HOW:
Ingredients -
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method -
Blend in blender (you may need to add a small amount of nut milk when blending - but don’t let it get too runny!)
Pour into heated/greased waffle maker
Remove when done & enjoy!!
Notes -
MEAL PREP: Refrigerate in air tight container and re-heat in toaster before serving
TOPPINGS: nut butter, coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.
YOGURT: Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt - dairy free option
PROTEIN POWDER: Plant based or bone broth protein powder
