Meal Prep Friendly PROTEIN WAFFLES
This is seriously the easiest meal prep breakfast option! 😍😋
One of the most foundational ways to support your energy levels, lower stress, balance moods, optimize gut health, and support hormone balance is to build a strong nutritional foundation.
So, before filling your cupboard with supplements, start by learning how to EAT.
However, I do know that the topic of what to eat and what not to eat can be a VERY confusing topic.. The flood of contradicting information can be overwhelming.

Now about the waffles! .. Here’s why I love them so much:
Quick and easy to prep ahead
The perfect combo to stabilize blood sugar and provide steady energy
Easy to digest
Sneaky hormone balancing & stress replenishing nutrients
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup yogurt (** see notes)
2 eggs
1 scoop protein powder (**see notes)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
Method:
Blend everything together in a blender (you may need to add a small amount of nut milk when blending - but don’t let it get too runny!)
Pour into heated/greased waffle maker
Remove when done
Enjoy!!
Notes :
MEAL PREP: Refrigerate in air tight container and re-heat in toaster before serving
TOPPINGS: nut butter, coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.
YOGURT: Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt both work great
