Here’s the Details:

Ingredients -
-1/3 cup quick oats (or quinoa flakes)
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 banana

Instructions -
1. Add all ingredients except toppings in a small blender and mix until well combined.
2. Transfer to an oven safe dish
