Hereβs the Details:
Ingredients -
-1/3 cup quick oats (or quinoa flakes)
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 serving @nuzest chocolate protein powder **
Instructions -
1. Add all ingredients except toppings in a small blender and mix until well combined.
2. Transfer to an oven safe dish
3. Drizzle with nut butter, slivered almonds, and top with a few dark chocolate chips. (optional but highly recommended)
4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
