PERIOD POWER ENERGY BITES
Ingredients:
✨ 1 cup GF quick oats
✨ 1/2 cup natural almond butter
✨ 2 TBSP flax seed
✨ 1 TBSP raw honey
✨ 1/3 cup beet juice
✨ 2 tsps fermented beetroot powder
✨ 1 TBSP raw cacao powder
✨ 2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, flax seeds, raw cacao powder, and fermented beetroot powder.
Stir in the almond butter, raw honey, and beet juice. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and then roll them in shredded coconut to coat.
Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
